Preamble.
1.1 These Terms regulate the relationship between the online store and the Buyer.

Status of Iheat online store
2.1 The online store is designed to organize the remote method of sale of goods via the Internet.
2.2 Transactions of the online store are governed by the contract of sale (see below) on the terms of the public offer. Making the acceptance of the offer (ie, confirming the placement of an order for the manufacture of the product), the Buyer receives the goods under the terms of the sales agreement.
2.4 The online store is not responsible for the content and reliability of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the order.
The status of the Buyer
3.1 The Buyer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing an order.
3.2 The confirmation of the Buyer's order executed in the online store shall mean the full consent of the Buyer to the terms and conditions of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (online store's public offer) and shall be the date of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between the online store and the Buyer.
3.3 Using the resource of an online store to view and select the goods, as well as to place an order is free of charge for the Buyer.
Access to the information about the Buyer
4.1 The information provided by the Buyer is confidential.
4.2 The online store uses the information about the Buyer solely for the proper functioning of the service https://iheat.es/en.
The procedure of concluding the purchase agreement
5.1 When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer shall provide truthful information about himself/herself.
5.2 The Buyer's will is made by entering the relevant data by the Buyer in the order form (i.e., the Buyer's confirmation of the completed order on the terms of the Purchase Agreement).
5.3 The online store does not edit the Buyer's information.
5.4 The procedure of payment, delivery time, term of fulfillment of the order and other essential conditions are indicated on the website https://iheat.es/en.
Obligations of the parties to the contract
6.1 Upon confirmation of the Buyer's order, the online store and the Buyer undertake the obligations and receive the rights set out in the contract of sale (see below), posted on the resource of the online store https://iheat.es/en.
Purchase Contract
By making a purchase at the online store, the customer agrees to all of the following terms and conditions.
The Buyer, on the one hand, and the online store "Iheat", acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the other hand, have concluded the present contract on the following:
General provisions.
1.1. This contract is a public offer and contains all the essential terms and conditions of the organization of purchase and sale by remote method (i.e. through the online store).
1.2 The fact of confirmation of order by the Purchaser is the act of acceptance of the terms of this agreement (i.e. the public offer online store).
Terms and definitions
2.1 "Product" - the products offered for sale in the online store at www.iheat.es/en.
2.2. "Online store" - a remote method of sale of goods, designed to conclude contracts of sale on the basis of the Buyer's familiarization with the description of Goods offered by the Seller and presented in pictures on the Seller's website, excluding the possibility of the Buyer's direct familiarization with the Goods.
Subject matter of the contract
3.1 Seller undertakes to transfer the ownership of Goods to Buyer, and Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this contract.
3.2 This contract regulates the purchase and sale in the online store, including:
a) Buyer's voluntary selection of Goods in the online store;
b) the Buyer's own ordering in the online store;
c) payment by the Buyer of the order according to the payment and delivery method selected and accepted on the Company's website;
d) execution and transfer of the order to the ownership of the Buyer on the terms and conditions of the present contract.
Order execution procedure
4.1 The Buyer shall independently determine the method of payment and delivery of Goods, execute and confirm the terms and conditions of the order at the online store.
The cost and order payment procedure
5.1 The total cost of the order consists of the cost of goods at the online store and the cost of delivery. In the case of self-delivery the cost of delivery is not included in the total cost of the Goods.
5.2 The buyer pays for the order by any method offered by the service of the Iheat online store.
Order delivery
6.1 The total delivery time consists of the order processing time and the delivery time. Information about the time of processing the order and the delivery time is posted on the page "Delivery".
6.2 Delivery of orders is made to the postal address of the Buyer, or to the specified point of the Buyer Hotels ... .
Returns of goods.
7.1 The return of goods of proper quality.

The Buyer has the right to refuse the received Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the Goods, subject to preservation of the trade dress and consumer qualities of the Goods, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods. The Buyer shall return the goods to the Seller's delivery point. The Seller shall return to the Buyer the value of the paid goods, less the cost of delivery, within ten days from the date of the consumer's request.
7.2 Claims for goods of inadequate quality. The goods of inadequate quality means goods that are defective and can not ensure the performance of their functional qualities. The received Goods must correspond to the description on the website. Appearance and completeness of the Goods, as well as completeness of the entire order must be checked and confirmed by the recipient at the time of delivery (except for delivery by mail). If you received the goods of inadequate quality, with hidden defects, you are entitled to use the provisions of the "Consumer Rights Protection Act". You have the right to demand replacement of the goods, to refuse to fulfill a purchase/sale contract, to return the goods of improper quality and demand refund of the sum paid for the goods. The seller is obliged to accept the goods of inadequate quality from the consumer and to examine the quality of goods (expertise) within 20 days from the date of submission of this claim. Any of these requirements must be made by you in writing.
7.3 Refills are not refundable.
Responsibilities of the Parties
8.1. In case of force majeure, the parties are released from the execution of this contract.
8.2 The Seller is not liable, cannot act as a defendant in court and does not compensate losses incurred by the Buyer due to the action or inaction of third parties.
8.3 The Seller shall not be liable in case of incorrect choice by the Buyer of characteristics or modification of the goods that are the subject of the purchase agreement.
Settlement of disputes
9.1 The Parties shall use their best efforts to settle any disputes arising by negotiation.
9.2 If the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in accordance with the Spanish civil procedure legislation.
Term of this contract
10.1 This contract shall enter into force upon signature and shall remain in force until the Parties have performed their obligations.
